Born in Poland — and no one ever has choice on the place as well as time to be born — you cannot change your citizenship unless the President allows it.
I have never loved the country and the Hub Page is to explain why. The culture is still stuck on the “noble’s liberty”: the services are influenced, and human rights standards suffer; the purported ethos of love for the country is to demand self-denial, to push the citizen.
