A sone of o ȝeer was Saul whanne he began to regne; forsothe two ȝeer he regnede vpon Irael — Wycliffe Bible vol. 2 p. 34. Eds. Forshall and Madden: books of Samuel are joined in Kings, four volumes.

Saul was a “son of one year” (an innocent), when he began to reign; likewise he reigned two years over Israel (but he reigned more years in malice).
