“Climate refugees” has become a phrase of everyday, say ■France 24, whereas physically, the ecological remedy can be simple as a barrel for water. All depends on people; if people would talk and act in consensus.
Union of the Pacific?
European Union was created in 1993. Only a few years before, some 1988 during the Cold War, it was considered impossible that such a union might become.
It became.
Why think about a union in the Pacific?
1. It is likely to be profitable. EU proves, such unions can be very advantageous.
EU prints own cash, euro, without gold parity. This can be a good step towards a constitutional parity.
Constitutional parity for cash
When robots do most the jobs, people still need money.
The Pacific happens to be used for tax paradises, and there may be need to give up on that, for the Union of the Pacific as an economic union. With those “paradises”, it is foreign print of banknote to gain. ■Euro was invented, started up in 1999, and brings profit to the European Union.
2. A union could promote ecology better than individual countries doing it because they have gotten together for the occasion.
The recommendable form of government is republican. It is enough to look at what Holland and England have been practicing about Ukraine. Both are monarchies, and NATO has become paramilitary, if you gave people the choice to tell, as in an opinion poll, if those who merely fancy playing with nukes are (a) military, or (b) para-military.
If a world war broke out, it would be spanning into the Pacific. Holland’s Rutte called for a 400% increase in NATO spending against Russia, with Donbas having declared independence of Ukraine.
Donbas trade turnover can be better with Russia, and there is nothing wrong with doing honest business.
England, promising their ■100 thousand drones, knew they were a NATO country. The survival rate from Ukrainian drone attacks has been reported at some 10 percent. Cruel weapons in cruel hands, England said they only wanted to learn from experience.
Such attitudes really might escalate with pacts as NATO. Feudalism, which every monarchy has at the foundation, is probably not making it against the prospect of robotics. Pushing for a world conflict might be the idea to avoid the problems at home.

Object of thought clear in view
In his Common Sense, Thomas Paine wrote he did not mean to exhibit horror; he wanted to encourage people so that they might pursue a clear object of thought and have success.
A world war to embrace the Pacific — with modern warfare — might be the end of the world. I have yet made an exercise in the hope it might help people make that object of thought, as a constitution for a country — or a union as well.
The idea here obviously is not for Poland to colonize the Pacific: neither colonization nor the country would have been my ideal, the ■text here explains. The exercise could work in many places on Earth, within countries or their alliances, and without external centers or control.
Virtual Country: Exercise at Democracy
Not only the Pacific waters, time might be high to act, too.
There are now an estimated 12,512 nuclear warheads on Earth. A war in which even a fraction of these bombs were detonated would create blast waves and fires capable of killing millions of people almost instantly. The radiation-induced cancers and genetic damage would affect the remaining population for generations, says the ■UCL News.
With debris in Earth’s atmosphere, nuclear winter would kill crops world-wide, says ■Wikipedia.
Most French Polynesia coral reefs are distant from pollution, say the ■Elsevier. The waters are natural and clean. The air is fresh.
It is really a pity no Union of the Pacific would exist already. NATO, the North Atlantic treaty, is actually possible with the European Union. The Pacific sure deserves its own.
EU massive loans to Ukraine for armament are acts by a young power — which the European Union is — without counterpoise. A Union of the Pacific could provide such counterbalance.
OACPS look big, but they are no mint. They do not print their currency. As an economic union, man may create a currency and name it fiq as well. It is good to see money for what it is. Money is means, that is, a tool we can paraphrase into an instrument.

The genius of Mother Nature
Experience shows that ice is lighter than water and Earth continues regardless of some diminution at its polar caps. If the Pacific made deals with relevant countries to drink some of an ocean — whichever ocean, because high waters balance globally — there would be less water to call it too high, UP the globe. Salt water would stop coming up rivers and damaging crops.
Most of the job would be done by the genius of Mother Nature. Olden Chinese already would advise the siphon, 虹吸管, hóng xī guǎn. No pumping needed.
It is enough you fill a barrel with water, hose-connect it with an ocean, and open the faucet. First the water you’ve put in the barrel will flow out, and right next, the barrel will start taking the ocean water in, because Earth nature does not tolerate vacuum.
With good-size barrels, China could take a good sip even into Gobi straight (the Russian pipeline is some 1300 km in comparison). The Gobi of course might not be the necessity, though who knows, robotics and 3D print would likely take cost and effort away from many things, especially if you print pipes from more or less sand.
If you ask the AI about South Africa and the world, it says for cenotes and caves, in coastal sinkholes connected to the ocean the halocline can be a visible line just 10 to 20 meters beneath the surface. If you made a sinkhole it would most certainly develop a halocline, says AI.
Earth’s crust and green Sahara
These are China and Africa to have the large deserts, Gobi and Sahara. It is possible that the deserts did not emerge naturally, just with the place on Earth. They may have resulted from solar flares or human solar lensing. There is evidence of ■Green Sahara.
If the deserts were not there at the time, Earth’s crust stabilized with greener, that is, heavier Africa, and maybe a few shrubs in Danxia too. Compare South America and along other parallels.

Today already people may choose in places between plainly sand or salty wet sand, where maybe not all too yummy, yet food can grow.
Don’t cry a river. Run a river.
With plant interbreeding, we might imagine salt vegetation areas that look as in Avatar; yet if there was that much greener Africa in the past, it had fresh water rivers. Those just spring up, provided there are underground water transduction cave systems and siphons to surface outlets. Compare ■Spain, only please mind, in the media people may like unusual phrases. Nothing really defies gravity in Spain. The ■Mundo river is known as a system of siphons.
Ecosystems likely would work along around the globe, compare the ■Ebro biomes and the halophiles (salt-loving plants) of the feeder creeks. Ebro flows ■through limestone.

That could be well-paid geological services, solid business — and, there is a proportion of Australia that could take a sip, too. Of course you avoid x-ray, but specialists certainly do know.
More stability at the crust means fewer tsunamis and earthquakes, potentially to the extent there is no disturbance anymore.
Ecological balance
In a kind of global feedback, forestation and shrubs would lower ambient temperatures, and that would restore at least part of the polar caps. Those build up to an extent, absorbing nearby waters. The drop in ocean levels could be permanent despite increased precipitation from “new” green zones. If there are plants, there is rain.
If you worry about local sea levels, the ocean drop would be from elevated heights — potentially back to the norm as historically recorded. Local seas may not note much increase today, yet it is because the global warming evaporates them. Without counteraction, evaporation alone can do much harm to their ecosystems.
There might be no better way than forestation of Africa at least, to lower temperatures globally. Africa has ■trade winds that influence Earth. Today, they carry the heat of the sand. ■Harmattan is a health hazard.
Think about waiting for it as for a fresh ocean breeze. It is possible. It is enough to salinate its route and allow saltwater plants.
African militaries — who are those called into places of disasters in Africa, as the military usually is locally involved — could try out of curiosity at least for those transduction cave systems or salt habitats.
Simple as from a barrel, salt-tolerant plants cannot do harm. There would not be that “irresponsible military experiment” label, and on the Harmattan path, the thing could be interesting, regarding life and pressure zones generally. Maybe even a space agency could become interested: NASA for example reported that artificial conditions did not render nature in habitats.
Salt is a strong purifier on land microbes, and those sea microbes do not fly on land. Nowadays people are advised to try salines in their noses and mouths, against the Harmattan. How about the Harmattan carrying fresh salines itself? If it hits saline grounds first, this is what it is going to bring: fresh, plant-aided salines.
From that kind of barrel, the water just flows unless you close the tap, and even all land on Earth could not drink all the oceans.
How much lighter, the Sand Africa?
A 10-meter-deep layer of Green Africa weighs roughly 403 trillion metric tons, which is more than double the 184 trillion metric tons of Sand Africa, says AI. Sand Africa is evaluated at 30-40% of the continent to be less than half-weight.
If you ask the AI, the angle between a predominantly north-south line (Cascadia) and an east-west line (Mediterranean-African) is roughly perpendicular.
If you made that toy, a top, with one side lighter than it should be, the other would “feel” some effects, tells my female intuition about a globe and the right angle. Cascadia has gone even 9 degrees on the ■Richter scale. It is quite some imbalance.

Should the USA sip — I do not know if ■Cascadia would favor. I read about a quake where cracks in the ground went otherwise, and I saw some such documentary on YouTube, so it definitely should be a solid geological business to advise.
There is lore that Cascadia does not have to be unstable. It was even thought aseismic. The area is “on the move” now, says the video on the right.
Another YouTube video shows a pattern that embraces the dry Africa. Taken that Earth is spinning with all the ocean mass of water, maybe a theoretical physicist could venture a calculation. On the other hand, where there is stability enough, “sipping” might be just given a try.
The physical feedback between Earth and the Sun is a fact of science now. Flares or human solar interaction may become a factor in picturing the history of Earth’s crust, along with the manner to be approved for the future.

Control over industrial emissions and solar testing will be always vital, but Earth is not doomed to disaster. It is not too late.
