My well-being book

When I was a teenager I was quite a case: I had ■hyperinsulinemic episodes. I would get shaky hands and have to eat sweets for the thing to be gone. This inspired me to learn about human natural chemistry. My learning and practice helped me get rid of the shakes, though my metabolism remains. I can have natural sugars, like plenty of honey. For processed polysaccharides, my body would give an extra shot of insulin. I can have chocolate in large amounts, that is.

I was slim though fed on fats, and I got suspected of fasting. My normal remains some 70-80 blood sugar, yet it would be below 80 also after some 50 ml pure medical glucose, in half an hour. My body gives me ■ketones instead. Not a dangerous thing. Metabolism controls it. I do not need medical attention, and I agree with the medical opinion.

Now, about the body and metabolism. I thought, what that was an organ needed, and I came up with plenty of carrots. Well, you eat to feed your organs, and carrots can come in many tastes, dependent on the dish. Next, I read scientific magazines for cellular metabolism. You’d have to eat a lot of carrot to make up for a targeted supplement. Like to give yourself all the vitamin A, you’d have to eat some kilo of the veg — every day.

■Vitamin A can be loved. Many resources, Wikipedia included, would tell “embryo” where inevitably these are neurons. ■Apoptosis makes people need neuron growth also past that prenatal stage. All the cells we were born with become exchanged in our lifetime, about every five years for each cell. When you look at your hand today, it does not have even one bodily cell of the hand you were looking at years ago. Well, and you are yourself, and it is your hand.

Theories are, aging is imperfect cell exchange.

It is injustice to say that cancer is your body turning against itself. Nope. Cancer is the body having become somehow disoriented in the natural cell exchange. Power lines apparently can do the disorienting, as there has been cancer incidence beyond accident in people inhabiting electric power line areas. Modern microwave technologies maybe are such too, and anything that results in ■artificial physical fields. In a healthy body, the process of cell exchange takes place all the time, most probably after a cellular DNA pattern, which would show by scars or birthmarks too; and it is never like all cells would exchange in a swoop. As you’re reading, there is this process of life in you going on. Nobody is all cancer.

(Sometimes I thought, why don’t you try treating cancer, once you spot it, like with acupuncture. You pierce the cancer tissue as you do for blisters to heal, where you actually give it to the body to find out and get rid of the matter having gone wrong. Cancer in China is some  ■4,824,700 cases when it is more than ■39 million new cases and deaths in the USA, but in China they have acupuncture; and more, they don’t have peanut allergy: they have raw tomatoes. I do promise, however, all vague ideas are going to come in parentheses, in this book.)

I would not spend an eternity on Earth, and kind of rumor is, human DNA is capped for some 120 years, so natural beta-carotene remains precious. Why not combine supplementation with the natural element?

Besides the precious A, there are four very major things a basic human bodily cell needs: calcium, chloride, potassium, and magnesium. Calcium and chloride are a bit “above” metabolism, that is, you do not have them disposed of exactly the same as potassium and magnesium are when you “pass the water”.

Calcium makes the skeleton. In need, your brain is going to release calcium from your bones, and thus osteoporosis proves malnutrition: your brain would not do that having enough calcium. Tall people are those with some calcium supply and yet a higher cost to keep it up. It is reasonable to believe Elizabeth II was not malnourished and her height was 5.4, 163 centimeters.
